The Office of Partnerships and Alumni Affairs of Institut Teknologi Dirgantara (ITD Adisutjipto) organized a Career Readiness Sharing Session, attended by around 50 alumni and prospective graduates. The event featured six ITD Adisutjipto alumni from various industries who shared their professional experiences and practical insights into today's job market.

The speakers discussed recruitment processes, workplace culture, career development, the importance of hard and soft skills, and the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the professional world. Participants were also encouraged to continuously enhance their competencies to remain competitive in an evolving industry.

Through this program, ITD Adisutjipto reaffirms its commitment to producing graduates who are competent, adaptable, and ready to make meaningful contributions to society, in line with its vision as an Impactful Campus.
